  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
