Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C Dark Roast Wood Oil is a rich, intense brown inspired by dark roasted coffee beans. With deep black undertones, it delivers a bold, luxurious finish while enhancing the wood’s natural grain.
Designed to colour and protect in a single coat, Oil Plus 2C provides an even, durable finish with minimal product usage and a natural look and feel.
Best suited to: Most woods. Slightly less suitable for maple and walnut.
This kit contains a 300ml tin of oil together with 90ml accelerator.
Samples:Â Rubio Monocoat colours interact directly with the wood fibres, meaning the final appearance is influenced by the timber species, grain structure, sanding method and lighting conditions. As a result, the same colour can appear warmer, cooler, lighter or darker depending on the wood it is applied to.
